Paula Schlueter

Paula Schlueter went to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 4, 2011 at the age of 99. She was born November 2, 1911 to Lonea Pahl and Olga Meier in Luchenbach, TX. She married Kermit William Schlueter in 1932. They were married for 58 years until his death. Paula enjoyed gardening and cooking. Her homemade bread will be missed by her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband and great grandson Travis Schlueter. She is survived by her son, Ralph Schlueter and his wife Margaret; daughter, Glorianna Schlueter; grandchildren, Scott Schlueter and his wife Kelli, Matthew Schlueter, Tammy Hillert and her husband Sydney, Michael Davis, Debra Ottmers and her husband Daniel, Cheryl Bonds and her husband Alan, Becky Ohan and her husband Kenny and Brenda Kusenberger and her husband Mark; 15 great grandchildren and 6 great, great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Monday, August 8, 2011 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at Sunset Funeral Home, 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, TX. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, August 9, 2011 at 10:00am at MacArthur Park Lutheran Church, 2903 Nacogdoches, San Antonio, TX 78217. Entombment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park Mausoleum.
