Paz G. Ybarra, born January 24, 1926 in Austin, Texas went to be with our Lord on February 2, 2014. In heaven she will reunite with her first born son Santos G. Ybarra. She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years of marriage, Santos S. Ybarra and her two children Beatrice Y. Murray and Rogelio Ybarra and his wife Leticia; Paz was blessed with 8 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren. Paz loved to sew, garden and her passion was to cook great food and play her slot machines. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 11, 2014, at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at 11:15 a.m. for a 12:00 p.m. mass of resurrection at Mary Immaculate Conception Chapel at Oblate School of Theology with interment to follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
