Pedro S. Carreon Jr.

Pedro S. Carreon, Jr., of San Antonio, Texas, passed away peacefully on September 4, 2024, at the age of 65. Born on October 7, 1958, Pedro was a loving father and grandfather who devoted his life to his family.

As the main provider for his family, Pedro worked tirelessly to ensure the well-being and happiness of his family. He had a special talent for woodworking, creating beautiful pieces. He found joy in listening to music, often filling his home with melodies that echoed his warmth and love of life. Above all, Pedro cherished spending time with his family. His presence made every family gathering more meaningful, as he always took the time to make sure everyone felt loved and included.

He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Ruth Carreon; parents, Carmen and Pedro S. Carreon, Sr., his sisters, Norma Carreon and Rosie Campos.

Pedro leaves behind his children, Ruth Carreon (Joseph Alejandro), Rebecca Carreon and Moses Carreon; 11 cherished grandchildren: Isaiah Pinero, Leo Pinero, Angelyni Pinero, Lea Pinero, Destiny Pinero, Dezeray Pinero, Victoria Alejandro, Jazmine Alejandro, Joseph Alejandro Jr., Rosaleah Alejandro and Azrael Carreon; sisters, Mary Carreon and Carmen Carreon.

Pedro will be remembered for his kindness, his devotion to his family, and the joy he brought to everyone who knew him. His memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him.

There will be a Visitation held on Thursday, September 12, 2024 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd., 78237 beginning at 4:00 pm till 9:00 pm with the Rosary being recited at 7:00 pm. On Friday, September 13, 2024 our doors will open at 8:30 am, there will be an 11:00 am Chapel Service, followed by burial at San Jose Burial Park, 8235 Mission Rd., 78214.
