As a loving husband and devoted father, Mr. Cristan graduated in 1950 from Mirando City High School and faithfully served his country in the U. S. Air Force during the Korean War.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Aurora Rubio Cristan; his father, Cleofas Cristan, and his mother, Higinia Banda Cristan.
He is survived by his daughters, Graciela Cristan and Thelma C. Alvarez and her husband, Pete, Jr.; sons, Pedro G. Cristan, Jr., Ricardo Cristan, and Eduardo Cristan; grandchildren, Christopher Michael and Andres Ricardo Alvarez all of San Antonio; his two brothers, Frank Cristan of San Antonio and David Cristan of Saudi Arabia; sisters, Elvia C. Garcia, Rosa C. Linan, Rosario C. Canales and Lucy Cristan all of San Antonio.
