He was born on October 25, 1984 to Rick and Carol Mantle in Landstuhl, Germany. He graduated high school in Derby Kansas, and also went on to graduate from Flint Hills Job Corps specializing in Culinary Arts.
Perry is survived by his parents Rick and Carol Mantle; brother Christopher Mantle; grandparents, Richard and Lillian Mantle, Leroy and Pat Thompson and Carol and Roger Klick; great grandmother, Phyllis Bough; aunts and uncles, Rae and Steve Moreno; Ann and Mike Carroll; and Robert and Priscilla Mantle; and many cousins.
