Pete Chris Hronopulos, born June 27, 1921 in Enid, OK passed away May 2, 2013 in San Antonio, TX. Pete was preceded in death by his parents and two years ago by his loving wife of 66 years, Helen. He is survived by his four sisters, Paula Constant, Grace Wilias, Chris Maskaleris, and Demi Vrla. Pete served in the Army in World War II and in the Korean Conflict, in both as a field artillery officer. After serving in Korea, Pete remained in the Army National Guard and retired as a Lt. Colonel. Pete and Helen moved to Chicago in the early 50's where he was employed as a sales representative for a chemical company for many years. After his retirement, Pete and Helen moved to Scottsdale, AZ in 1993. Pete and Helen enjoyed the company of many very good friends in Chicago and Scottsdale and traveled extensively in the United States and many places in the world with friends. After Helen passed away in 2011, Pete moved to San Antonio, TX where he lived until his passing.
