Pete M. Roque, age 92, passed on December 2, 2020. Pete was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and as a young man, joined the U.S. Army. After serving his country for 2 years, he then began his 32-year Civil Service career at Kelly Air Force Base. He was a faithful member of Templo Bethel for over 61 years. Pete was known to be active, hard-working, and independent, traits that he would have until his last days.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 61 years, Eloisa G. Roque; mother, Dominga M. Roque; sisters, Lupe Gonzales and Eva Lira. He is survived by his daughter, Dominga Roque; numerous nieces and nephews. Public viewing will be from 5:30pm until 7:00pm, Friday, December 11, 2020, at Porter Loring Mortuary.
