Phillip M. Mendoza went to be with the Lord October 4, 2011 at the age of 84. He is preceded in death by his father Felipe Mendoza and sister Pilar Luna. Mr. Mendoza is survived by his loving wife Rosa G. Mendoza; stepdaughter Rosemary Arellano (Nicholas), Josie Fonseca (Mario); stepson Frank Bermudez; son Manuel Mendoza (Rosie); daughter Irma Gonzalez (Lee); grandson Mark Mendoza (Juanita); granddaughter Grace Gonzalez, numerous other grandchildren, great grandchildren and relatives. A visitation will begin Saturday, October 8, 2011, 5:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. A rosary will be recited, Sunday, October 9, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. A funeral procession will depart Monday, October 10, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass to be celebrated at San Fernando Cathedral with interment to follow in San Fernando Cemetery #2.
