Phoenix Roberto Blowe

Phoenix Roberto Blowe was born on September 19, 2008, and died on September 9, 2026. He lived in San Antonio, Texas. Though his time was far too short, the mark he left was unmistakable—brightened by laughter, steadied by calm, and carried by a heart that always made room for others.

Phoenix attended Holmes High and was preparing to graduate from Warren High School. He moved through life with an easygoing steadiness, the kind of quiet confidence that didn’t need to announce itself—until, of course, his humor did. Known for a smart mouth and a sharp streak of sarcasm, Phoenix could deliver a line that made a room crack up, then turn around and show, in the simplest ways, just how deeply he cared.

He found joy in the things that made life feel wide open: gaming, fishing, hiking, hunting, skateboarding, ice skating, and being outdoors whenever he could—especially at the beach. He also loved baking, a reminder that his interests weren’t confined to any one lane. Phoenix would drop anything to watch the Dallas Cowboys and San Antonio Spurs with his grandpa. He was extremely proud of his cactus—one of those small, unmistakably “him” details that will keep bringing smiles through the tears.

Above all, Phoenix loved his nieces. His affection and attention made them feel seen and safe, and that devotion will be remembered as one of the truest reflections of who he was: funny, chill, calm, and full of heart. His legacy lives in the stories people will keep telling—stories that will still sound like his voice, still carry his timing, and still remind everyone how much warmth can live inside a person who never had to try too hard to be real.

Phoenix is survived by Stephanie Serros (mother) and Michael Blowe (father); his grandparents, Roberto and Lupe Serros, Isabel and John Olivarez, William and Tammy McBeath, and Bertha Blowe; his siblings, Zeus, Alexis, Ramiro, John, Michael, Josh, O'Rion, and Ava; uncles and aunts Robert, Rose, Bella, Gabriel, Antonio, Celina, Noe, Tammy, Omega, Rick, Dominique and Jennifer; nieces Alicia, Amaya, Lorena, Charlie, Ivy, Ramona, and one on the way; and nephew Sly.

Phoenix was preceded in death by his sister Pamela and uncle Russell.

A visitation will be held at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, 6321 Bandera Rd. San Antonio, TX 78238, on September 20, 2026 at 6:00 PM. A Celebration of Phoenix's Life will follow at 7:00 PM. Phoenix will be laid to rest at Resurrection Cemetery at Cordi-Marian, 11624 Culebra Rd. San Antonio, TX 78253 on September 21, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
