She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Eleanor Kamen; her Aunt, Mae Moskowitz and her brothers, Ronald and Marvin Kamen. Phyllis is survived by husband, Philip Siegel; sons, Jeffrey Adam Siegel, Evan Cory Siegel (Neta), and Scott Alan Siegel; grandchildren, Jason, Megan, Jackson, Libby, Brad, and Carly; brothers-in-law, Daniel L. Siegel, and Stewart Henry Siegel (Rosalie); sister-in-law, Ellen Kamen and numerous nieces and nephews.
