Phyllis was a retired nurse anesthetist and registered nurse for over forty years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Nellie Walker. She is survived by her husband Gene, whom she married in Hamburg, Iowa on May 16, 1964; children, Doug, Mark and Brad; and sisters, Louise and Marlene.
