Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Billie Tipton and her brother, Larry Tipton.
She is survived by her husband of sixty six years, Dr. Loren McKinley White; sons, Sam M. White and wife, Tonja and Gary K. White and wife, Patti; daughter, Connie Almand and husband, Sonny; grandchildren, Bryan White, Barrett White, Zak White, Jessica Clasper and Tyler Stenzel; eight great-grandchildren, sister-in-law, Lewanah Parker and numerous nieces and nephews.
