

Pulquerio Silva, Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather, age 78, born in Houston, Texas, died Sunday, October 9, 2011 in San Antonio.
Mr. Silva graduated from Sidney Lanier High School in 1951. He joined the Air Force and during that time he was an Aircraft Mechanic. His Air Force career allowed him and his family to see many parts of this world. He retired after 20 years of service.
Later he worked for USAA in printing services and retired after 19 years. Mr. Silva along side his wife Beatrice owned a floral/wedding business. He was a fantastic dancer and loved being with his family.
Mr Silva will always be remembered as always making and fixing things he never liked being idle. PULQUERIOS' an Art Gallery and Eclectic store was named after him and was very proud of that. He accomplished much in his life, but the ultimate "LOVE OF HIS LIFE" was Beatrice his wife of 56 years. Mr Silva fought hard to stay alive because of the love he had for his wife.
He was preceded in death by his son, Pulquerio H. Silva. Survivors: Wife, Beatrice G. Silva; daughter, Eugenia Silva Murguia; sons, Remingio F. Silva, Paul Anthony Silva and Carl Phillip Silva; 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
The family requests green plants in lieu of flowers, so the family can build a garden in Pulquerio's memory.
