Mom was a very loving, outgoing, and energetic person; she loved to dance to oldies music, tejano, and country. When she wasn't dancing, she was enjoyed to go bowling, loved to play bingo, and catching up on her favorite movies and novelas. Along with her love for her pet Brady, she enjoyed family gatherings, and would show her appreciation through her cooking, especially with her famous potato-salad rice. Known as the 'life of the party', she was loved by her customers at Gyro's Fish & Chips, where she worked for over 20 years. She will be missed, along with her loud laugh and blunt remarks.
