Ralph Patrick Gilbert, III, age 36, of San Antonio, died Wednesday, December 17, 2003. Patrick was very musically talented and traveled around the world with the "Up With People" cast. He served in the U.S. Navy. We will miss him dearly, our funny, loving son and brother. Patrick was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Katherine Gilbert and Nell O'Kelley; grandfather, Harry O'Kelley; and uncle, Joe O'Kelley. He is survived by his mother, Dot Hemminghaus and her husband Roger, Fair Oaks Ranch; father, Ralph Patrick Gilbert, Jr. and his wife Rozanne, Scottsdale, AZ; grandfather, Ralph Patrick Gilbert, Sr., San Antonio; stepmother, Sharon Freed, Oxnard, CA; sisters, Kelley FitzGerald and husband Kevin, San Antonio, Tiffany Gilbert, Burbank, CA, Sherri Weeks and husband Jeff, Pensacola, FL, Suzi Doré and husband Billy, Houston, TX, Sally Fry, Bay City, TX; brother, Roger Christian Hemminghaus, Denver, CO; aunt, Gem Kaliff and husband Mickey, Dallas, TX and other numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Honorary pallbearers are Gary Gilbert, Kevin FitzGerald, Christian Hemminghaus, and Greg Hutchison.
