Ralph Murray McBeth

Lt. Col. Ralph Murray McBeth, USAF Retired, passed away on February 7, 2013 at age 91. Ralph was born October 18, 1921 in Rising Star, Tx to Joseph Quincy McBeth and Mary Elizabeth Earp. A loving, kind, generous and honorable man, Ralph will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Ralph met the love of his life, Helen Lassman in Miami, Fl. They married in 1943, had four children and guardianship of Helen's brother. He is preceded in death by his son Ronald McBeth. He is survived by his wife of 69 years Helen; Bill Lassman (Janet); children Randy (Mary), Nancy, and David (Jennifer) McBeth; grandchildren Rebecca Darling (Matt), Macy Ryan (Ben), Ryan McBeth (Angie), Colin and Spencer McBeth; great grandchildren Morganne, Jack and Ian Darling and Elle McBeth; as well as numerous other beloved family members.

Visitation: Feb. 19, 2013, 6-8 PM, Sunset Memorial Park. (Austin Hwy). Service: Feb. 20, 2013, 1:00 PM, Windcrest United Methodist Church and Interment following with USAF honors at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery, 2:30 PM. Reception follows back at the church.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Windcrest United Methodist Church, American Heart Association or charity of choice is preferred.
