Ramiro Lara

Ramiro Lara, of San Antonio, Texas went to be with the Lord on January 9, 2022, at the age of 90. He was born in Laredo, Texas on January 18, 1931, to Simon and Alfonsa Lara. He was married for 41 loving years to Guadalupe B. Lara. Ramiro retired from Rainbow Baking Company after 41 years of service. He had a passion for gardening and enjoyed preparing food for his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Guadalupe B. Lara; parents, Simon and Alfonsa Lara; brothers, Luz, Guillermo, Pedro and Arturo; sister, Lupe and Yolanda Triane . He is survived by his sons, Mario (Anna), Albert (Elsa); daughters, Sylvia, Sonia (Hector), several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Ramiro will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

A visitation for Ramiro will be held Wednesday, January 19, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, Texas, followed by a rosary at 7:00 PM.
