Ramon is survived by his wife, Mary E. Arratia, daughter, Diana; son, Raymond Arratia; daughter, Monica Arratia Lopez; 10 grandchildren; sister, Dolores Guiterrez; nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
He served in the United States Navy during World War II and retired in 1975 from Kelly Air Force Base after 32 years.

Visitation will be held at Porter Loring on Tuesday, November 4th from 3:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.
