Ramona Losoya Garcia

Ramona Losoya, Garcia born on September 5, 1925 in San Antonio, Texas. Ramona was surrounded by her loving family when called home by our Lord on September 13, 2016 at the age of 91. She was preceded in death by her parents Ramon and Marta Losoya, husband Romolo G. Garcia SR, sons Henry, Ricky and (daughter in-law) Pura C. Garcia. She is survived by her sister Rebecca Medina, sons Romolo L Garcia JR, Jacinto Garcia, George (wife) Dorothy Garcia, daughters Yolanda Garza, Sandra (husband) Joe Fuentes, 15 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, 7 great- great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. The family is most grateful for the kind and loving care given to our Mom by the staff of Guadalupe Valley Nursing Center Seguin, Texas where she resided her last two years.

Ramona and her family would all gather around for family and holiday gatherings, bingo nights simply Family Fellowship. She brought us up with great family morals, values, respect and love for each other. She was the heart of our family. Ramona was a great Mom, Super Grandma, loving Sister and the World’s Greatest Mother in-Law (MOM). She will be greatly missed.

Visitation for Ramona will be at Trevino Funeral Home on 226 Cupples Rd. Monday, September 19, 2016 from 5:00pm – 9:00pm with the Rosary to be recited at 7:00pm. The funeral procession will depart Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at 9:30am for Mass of the Resurrection at 10:00am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery # 2.
