

He graduated from Smithson Valley High School in 2010 where he participated in football, track and lacrosse. Randall was also involved in the Broadcasting and Journalism department of his high school and was a leader with Wildlife and active in Young Life. He then attended Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas between 2010 and 2011 where he was studying Broadcast Journalism and was a member of the Lacrosse Team. Upon returning to San Antonio, he helped coach the Smithson Valley Club Lacrosse Team and was employed at TexStar.
He was preceded in death by, his grandparents, O.C. and Ione Perkins; and grandfathers, Raymond James Kuykendall and William Dudley Rogers.
Randall is survived by his parents, Rod and Kandy Perkins; brother, Trevor James Perkins; grandmother, Vivian Rogers; uncles, Van Perkins, George Perkins and Raymond James Kuykendall, II and wife Janice; aunt, Esther Burgess and husband Bruce; aunt Darcy Presley and husband Shelby; uncle Darren Rogers and wife Sandra; uncle David Rogers; cousins Steven, Brooke, Hailee, and Rachel Burgess, Trey and Emily Kuykendall.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 28, 2012, at Porter Loring Mortuary North Chapel.
