Raul Humberto Garcia

He was born January 20, 1938 and attended Hebbronville High School, was in the Corp of Cadets at Texas A & M, and worked as a Civil Engineer for the Corps of Engineers until he started his own business, Garcia and Wright Consulting Engineers, Inc. in 1975.

He is preceded in death by his wife Nelida, parents Raul and Marina Garcia, brothers Javier, And Juan.

He leaves behind his wife Irma; siblings Alma and Francisco; kids Raul Jr., Carlos, and Selina; granddaughters Andrea and Amy; and countless other family members. Extended family includes Devin Gibson, Melissa and Nate Miller, Maribel, Jesse, Devin, David Leal, and Jerry; Closest friends SA Russel, Mike Cunningham and Mike Drahl; as well as many other other close friends and associates. Raul was a man of integrity who loved his family, hunting, A&M and working hard. He contributed to the city of SA and surrounding areas for decades with his expertise and love of civil engineering.

He will be missed dearly by all who knew him.
