Rusty was a native of Thurmont, MD and a resident of San Antonio for thirty-four years.
Rusty will be remembered for his strong faith in God, his love for his family, his outgoing personality, his unfailing willingness to help others, his ability to lift people's spirits, and his wacky sense of humor.
He was a founding member and trustee of Redeemer's Hope church.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ray Pascal Domingue of Lafayette, LA; and his mother, Lillian Emma Pryor of Thurmont, MD.
He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Dianna; daughter, Adrianna; parents-in-law, Enrique and Rowena Quintero; sister and brother-in-law, Yolanda and Tom Traugott; nephews, Joel and Daniel Traugott; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, and his 2003 black convertible VW Beetle.
