Although I had not met Ray face to face, I had the opportunity to communicate with Ray thru letters, and phone conversations. Ray was always one of the first Voyageurs to make sure his membership was renewed for La Societe des Quarante Hommes et Huit Chevaux. Ray, thanks for being the Voyageur you were and thanks for your service to the United States of America.
