He was a member of the Patterson Lodge #1177 A. F. & A. M. in San Antonio. He was a super salesman in real estate as a broker/owner/developer for the last 42 years. He was an accomplished bass fisherman who scheduled his life around fishing.
Ray is survived by his wife of 40 years, Dorothy Wood of Spring Branch, TX; children and grandchildren, daughter, Vicki Raye Wood Hinojosa and her husband Martin and their children KC and Ty all of Seguin, TX; son, Michael Wood of San Antonio, TX; son, Chris Wood and his wife Dana and their children Jackie, Sean, and Dustin all of San Antonio, TX.
