Rebecca is survived by her husband Rick Duff, children Sandy Duff, Bryan Duff, Katelyn Gonzalez, Taylor Duff, and Lindsey Thompson; grandchildren, Embry Gonzalez, Ava Thompson, and a third expected in February; brothers Dean Green, and Edward Stone Jr., and sister Bettie McPherson; and several nieces and nephews and cousins.
The daughter of John L. Green and Bettie Ellis, Rebecca moved from Tennessee and traveled the United States - raising and loving her children as a Military Wife. She earned an Associates Degree from Pensacola College, and worked in Management positions within the Medical profession.
Her valiant struggles with Fibromyalgia and Clinical Depression in recent years lead to Rebecca's retirement. A member of Castle Hills First Baptist Church, Rebecca loved her family and her community. She was devoted to her children, and her dogs Peatrie and Trixie, and her cat Puddin' Tang.
Her family and her friends mourn Rebecca's sudden passing and know she has found the peace she sought in the Lord. Visitation will be at 5:30 to 7:30 at Porter Loring North. Funeral Services will follow on Saturday, November 24th at 3:00 PM.
