

Rebecca was born in Elmendorf, Texas and grew up in San Antonio. She graduated from Fox Tech High School in 1948 and briefly attended Trinity University.
After high school, she worked at Joskes of Texas and was one of their first live television models on WOAI-TV. She also worked as a school secretary at Cenizo Park and H.K. Williams Elementary. She was a lifelong member of Divine Redeemer Presbyterian Church and worked as a missionary in northern New Mexico and was a Sunday school teacher at the West Durango Plaza Apartments.
After her retirement, Rebecca enjoyed caring for her grandchildren and was active in their lives.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel Buchanan Hodge and Manuela Hernandez Hodge; brothers, Samuel, William and Albert and sisters, Ana Maria and Emma.
Rebecca is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Rodolfo Enrique Lozano Guerrero; daughter, Sandra Ruth Guerrero Rivera and husband, David; sons, Russell Lloyd and wife, Yvette and Rudolph Alfred; grandchildren, Marisa Andreana Elizondo and husband, Jesse, Adam Joel Sanchez-Guerrero, Joshua Aaron Sanchez-Guerrero, Justin Rudolph Arredondo-Guerrero and Anicia Arredondo-Guerrero; great-grandchildren, Caleb James Elizondo, Nehemiah Christopher Elizondo and Ziana Rebecca Elizondo; sister, Elsa Valdez and brother, Richard Hodge.
The family wishes to express their appreciation to the wonderful neighbors and care givers who made her quality of life and the family's peace of mind much better.
