Rebecca Tamez Lugo, born on November 2, 1934 in San Antonio, TX was called to be with the Lord on June 26, 2016 at the age of 81. She is preceded in death by her husband, Leopoldo Lugo; son, Luis Lugo; daughters, Esther, Irene, Gloria and Maria J. Lugo. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Pedro and Linda Lugo; 16 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. The Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Procession will depart from the funeral home on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church. Interment will follow in First Memorial Park.
