Rebekah Dawn McCoy was a blessing born early in the morning in Stuttgart, Germany and went to be with the Lord early in the morning in San Antonio, Texas. Her parents, Bill McCoy and Penny Moyer were with her during her birth and her family was with her in her death.
Rebekah is survived by her parents, Penny Moyer, Bill and Jill McCoy; her daughter, Celeste Ferrell; her sister and spouse, Christine and Robert Koepke.
Family that will also miss her are her Aunts Phoebe Caldbeck and spouse Tom Caldbeck, Priscilla Hogan and spouse Tim Hogan; her uncles Michael McCoy and Stan Parmlee, and nieces and nephews Justin, Doron, Hailey, Brendan, Timothy, Matthew and James.
Among her extended family are Celeste's father and stepmother, Robert and Leah Ferrell with siblings Alexis and Aiden.
Precious daughter, mother and friend: a blessing to all. We love you and will miss you.
