Rebekah Nicole Terrance

Rebekah was selfless and had a passion for people. This was evident in her interactions with family, friends and all those that surrounded her. She had an infectious smile and a beautiful presence commanding attention when she entered a room. Rebekah brought joy and laughter to all those that knew her.

She took pleasure in running, doing hair & make-up, and fashion. Rebekah enjoyed cheerleading throughout her school years. She participated in the Miss Laredo Teen, the Miss Southwest Texas Teen, and the Miss Texas Teen Pageants.

Rebekah grew up in Laredo, TX where she was born on July 21, 1998. She graduated from Lyndon B. Johnson High School. She attended Texas A&M International University, Palo Alto College, and The Salon Professional Academy in San Antonio.

Rebekah went home to be with the Lord on September 11, 2022, in San Antonio, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her maternal Grandfather, Jesse Quiroz, paternal Grandfather, Melvin J. Terrance Sr., and cousins, Melvin Terrance III, and Monai Buchanan.

She is survived by Her parents, Adriana Terrance and Arthur Gabriel Terrance, siblings Arthur Josiah and Jonathan Caleb Terrance. Maternal Grandmother, Elia M. Cano, Paternal Grandmother, Marie U. Terrance. Maternal Aunts and Uncles, Sonia Quiroz Oviedo (Julian), Jamie C. Quiroz, Erica Garcia, Jesse Quiroz (Felicia). Paternal Aunts and Uncles, Shelly Wing (Steve), Melvin Terrance Jr., Sharlene Buchanan, Shawn Jones (Robert). Maternal Cousins, Jesus “Trey” III, Julian “Juju” II, Eric, Gabriella, Ariana, Marcelino, Mia, Emma, Leo. Paternal Cousins, Joanifer, Shontell, Ebony, Amber, Ernest, Marcus, Shante, Brice, Monette, Joniesha, Troyniesha.

A memorial service will be held for Rebekah Nicole Terrance, on Monday, September 19, 2022, at Oak Hills Church Westside. Family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the church prior to the service.
