

Reynaldo Cantu Padilla went to be with the Lord on September 17, 2011 at the age of 96. He served his country during World War II 1942-1945, the Korean Conflict and Air Force 1945-1973, he retired from Kelly A.F.B. in 1977. He was preceded in death by his wife Antonia M. Padilla; brothers, Lino Padilla Jr., Fernando Padilla; sister, Emma Padilla Ramirez. Mr. Padilla is survived by his step-daughter Pearl Hepler; grandchildren, Deborah Dickerson, Sandy Garcia, Tina Byrd and Michael Hepler; great grandchildren, Jo Ann Arceo, Yvonne Gonzales; great great grandchildren, Elle Arceo, Ezra Arceo, Ethan Arceo, Emma Vasquez; great great great grandchild, Isabelle Arceo-Martinez; numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Visitation will begin Thursday, September 22, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home, 225 Cupples Road with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home Friday, September 23, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass at San Juan de Los Lagos Catholic Church.
