

He was born on July 21st, 1925 in San Antonio, TX.
He was a member of First Assembly of God Church for 79 years, where he served as Board Member, Sunday School teacher, and sang in the Men's Quartet and Choir. In World War II, he served for two and a half years in the United States Navy, in the Pacific as a deep sea diver.
He owned and operated Nix Alignment Service for 55 years, located at Brooklyn and Avenue E.
He loved gardening, boating, water skiing, snow skiing, riding his motorcycle, and most of all making memories with his family he loved.
Rhollie is survived by his wife of 58 years, Irene Nix; children, Jimmy Nix and his wife Linda, Ronnie Nix and his wife Jan, Terry Nix and his wife Barbara, and Rahlene Nix Luna and her husband Robert; grandchildren, Brent Nix, Crystal Elwell, Dustin Nix, Justin Nix, Spencer Luna, Tebra Nix, Shanae Nix, Brittney Luna, Raleigh Nix and Marshall Nix; great-grandchildren, Aaron, Brandon, and Christa Nix; sister Bessie Martin; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by parents, R.C. and Annie Nix and sister, Mary Atwood.
