

He is preceded in death by his parents, Horacio R. Rossett Sr. and Maria Reyna Rossett, seven sisters and his five brothers. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Areli Rossett; daughter Linda Marie Rossett; grandsons Brandon Rossett, Koa Rossett Bermea; his sister Anita Berlanga and numerous beloved nieces and nephews.
A graduate from Runge High School class of 1959, he was an all-district champion football player. After graduation, he joined the United States Army where he honorably served until 1965. After his honorable discharge from the Army he moved to San Antonio, Texas where he began his 53-year tenure at Aladdin Cleaning and Restoration. He enjoyed spending time with his family, working in the yard, gardening, watching football and boxing events.
The Rossett family would like to extend a special thank you to; Margie Tamez, Lucy Berlanga, Mary Cantu, Jim and Kristin Crawley, Bob Spalten, Meg Walker, his co-workers at Aladdin and the nurses and staff with Guiding Light Hospice. We appreciate all of your help, friendship, support, love and compassion.
A Memorial Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 9th from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Porter Loring on McCullough.
