He was preceded in death by his mother, Sue Ann Conrad, and is survived by his wife, Natalia Conrad; his children; his father, Buck Conrad; his sister Lizz Bond (James); and numerous nieces and nephews.
Richard dedicated and served with honors in the United States Air Force for 24 years and the San Antonio Police Department for 12 years. During this time, he helped not only his country, but the San Antonio Community. He was a great husband, father, brother, and uncle to his family.
