He was a 1970 graduate of Alamo Heights High School, a 1974 graduate of the University of Texas-Austin, and a 1977 graduate of the St. Mary's University School of Law. After law school, Ricky was an assistant criminal district attorney for nearly 20 years and also was a partner at the firm of Brock and Kelfer.
He was preceded in death by his father, Leo Fox and his mother, Ann Hall Fox.
Ricky leaves behind his godson, Paul Fitzgerald Cox; his beloved cats Succotash, Sazzerac, Aurora, Parsnips and Mustard Seed and dozens of friends who will greatly miss him. Ricky had a kind, loving, and beautiful soul and we know that he is in Heaven with his dear friend Chris Madrid planning their next Rolling Stones concert trip.
