Richard Reta Palencia age 73 of San Antonio, Texas surrendered himself to our Lord & Savior on Sunday, March 1, 2026 while surrounded by his family. Richard was born to Natividad and Trinidad Palencia. Richard was one of ten siblings. Richard was third in line of the eldest. Richard was so very proud to be known as a Fox Tech High School graduate.
Richard was a huge fan of sports especially when it came to Fox Tech High School against Lanier High School games. A so very proud fan. Richard always had a passion for baseball caps. Caps with all types of logos. We will never know if he had a favorite one. Richard was a resilient man who remained proud throughout his struggles. Richard was a kind hearted man who was loved and will be dearly missed. A man with a smile you will never forget.
Visitation will be held at Sunset Funeral Home, 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, TX 78218, US, on March 16, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
