Richard Leos Perez

Richard is survived by his beloved wife, Josephine S. Perez; daughters, Monica Arzola, Suzelle Yanes and her husband, Gilbert; and Teresa Perez; sons, Richard L. Perez, Jr. and wife, Melissa; and Roy Perez; grandchildren, Desiree Yanes, Elizabeth Arzola, Christopher Arzola, Lauren Perez, Michelle Perez, Bryan and Ryan Perez; his mother, Cruz Perez; brother, Raul Perez; and his sister, Mary Louise Morales and husband, David.

He retired from Kelly Air Force Base after 37 years of service, he also served his country as a National Guard Reservist for ten years.

He found contentment during his retirement years, going to church, reading the newspaper, working on cars, taking long drives, walking and watching the Spurs basketball games. Over the past years, he developed a special bond with Manuel and Rene Garcia and looked forward to joining them for breakfast almost every morning at Panchito's Mexican Restaurant.

Richard will truly be missed by his family and friends. We thank God for the years of abundant life he granted us to share with him.
