

Proud of her Texas Hill Country heritage, from both her parents, she was preceded in death by her father, Wilford J. Hoffmann; mother, Gertrude Mehr Hoffmann; and sister, Wilfreen Hoffmann Gardner.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Quentin; sons, Michael and wife Anne, Stephen and wife Julie; and sister, Rebecca Hoffmann.
Rita was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who touched us all with her kind soul and gentle spirit. Her caring personality made her 36 year career as a surgical office manager for Dr. Kenneth L. Farrimond gratifying. Ever the nester, she will be missed for her talents as an interior designer and fine artist.
