Robert Clarence Fowler, Jr. was born in Springfield, OH on April 16, 1951, to Robert Clarence Fowler, Sr. and Dorothy Nobles, and left this world on July 2, 2015 in San Antonio, TX.. Robert is survived by his wife of 13 years, Mary C. Fowler; son, Chad Fowler; Step-children, Daniel Lee Heilman (Melany), Melinda Schultz (Hans), Melissa Heilman; grandchildren, Joshua Samaniego, Raul Herrera (Kelsie), Priscilla Cochran (Eric), Kyle Heilman, Rishona Shelly (Josh), Rinesha Kelley (Greg), Richeal Robinson; great-granddaughters, Chloe Rose Herrera, Mia Grace Herrera; sisters, Vicki Barrientes, Judy Staddon; step-sisters, Edna Murray, Janice Williams, Ruth Cross and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Thursday July 9, 2015 from 6:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home with a rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside services will be held on Friday, July 10, 2015 at 9:45 a.m. Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
