Robert "Steven" Lozano, 54, passed away on Friday, April 21, 2017 in San Antonio. He was born in Fort Sill, OK to Jesse and Muriel Lozano on November 17, 1962, and was a graduate of UTSA. He is survived by his parents; 3 children, Catherine, Mark, and Felicia Lozano; and 2 brothers, Michael Lozano and wife Kelly, and David Lozano and wife Nicole.
