Robert G. Schroeder, born on July 11, 1920, in Lafayette, Indiana, the son of Joseph and Mary E. Schroeder, passed away at his home on February 6, 2002. He served in the U.S. Air Force with the 15th Air Corps and 485th Bomb Group as a First Lieutenant. After he left the Military service on October 17, 1946, he attended Indiana University where he received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's Degree. Mr. Schroeder retired in May 1992 from the Insurance Business, he married Pat Culpepper Gammill in 1992. He was a member of the St. Andrews United Methodist Church, a life member of the Elks Lodge, and an active member on the Moose Lodge. He is survived by his wife, Pat; son, Dr. Miles Schroeder and his wife Geralyn, and grandchildren Christie and Greg; one niece, Ellen Walden, LaFollette, TN.
