Robert Ampudia Whitt IV, age 43, of San Antonio, was born July 24, 1958 in Cali, Columbia, South America. Rob was called home to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 6, 2001. Rob lived life to the fullest and was a dedicated father and friend. He was a unique man with a tremendous sense of humor. He loved to laugh. Rob's loyalty to his family and friends are a tribute to his spirit, which will live on in all those who were privileged enough to have known him. He grew up in Mexico City where he attended The American School and later graduated from Texas Military Institute in San Antonio, Texas. He attended Texas Tech University and St. Edwards University. Rob was a creative genius in the world of Hispanic marketing and was president of his own Hispanic marketing communications company. Above all he loved his family and friends. He is survived by his children, Bobby, Jenny and Erin; granddaughter, Haley; father, Robert Whitt; mother, Mary Jane Stephens; sisters, April Horner, Rocky Seaman and husband, Neal.
