Roberto Torres Sr.

Roberto Torres born on March 14, 1948 went to be with the Lord on February 12, 2013 at the age of 64 years. He is preceded in death by his parents Margarito and Aurora Torres; son, Robert L. Torres Jr.; sisters, Anita Sealy, Sylvia Alfaro and Gloria Torres; brothers, Margarito Torres Jr., Carlos Torres and Ruben Torres. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Maria Y. Torres; daughters, Veronica Torres Alvarez (Michael Vance), Valerie and husband, Julio Marroquin and Carol Torres; grandchildren, Matthew, Priscilla, Abbey, Isaiah, Jonah, Hannah, Robert Angel, and Vanessa; sisters, Rachel Van Brandt and Delia Torres; brother, Reynaldo Torres; aunt, Beatrice Salas; also, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and many friends. Visitation will begin at 4:00 p.m. Monday, February, 25, 2013 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. followed by a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. A procession will depart from the funeral home on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection at San Fernando Cathedral. Interment will follow in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. The Family would like to give special thanks to The Very Rev.
