Bob was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and family man whose life was defined by love, laughter, and dedication to those closest to him. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 53 years, Chamnong Uviedo, with whom he shared a lifetime of love and memories.
He is survived by his daughter, Anita Uviedo; his stepchildren, Naphol, Yingyong, Kamthron, and Pongphan Chaiyo; his granddaughters, Anael Uviedo, Sirendypity Honesto, and Amberlyn Lopez; and his grandson, Kamphol “Ahn” Paksrilert.
Bob proudly served 22 years in the United States Air Force before continuing his career with 20 years of service in civil service, eventually retiring from both. His dedication and commitment to serving his country and community were an important part of his life.
Beyond his career, Bob treasured spending time with his family. He enjoyed watching his beloved San Antonio Spurs and Dallas Cowboys, cheering on his favorite teams whenever he could. He was known for his wonderful sense of humor, his love of making people laugh, and, of course, his unforgettable dad jokes. He always seemed to have one ready, bringing smiles and laughter to those around him.
Above all, Bob prioritized his family. His love, humor, and presence will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. He will be remembered not only for his years of service and dedication but also for the laughter he shared and the memories he created with his family.
Though he will be deeply missed, his legacy of love, laughter, and devotion to family will live on through the generations he leaves behind.
Rest in peace, Bob. Your love and dad jokes will never be forgotten.
