Jude and Dante, I am deeply saddened to hear about Roland passing away.   My heart goes out to you.   All of you shaped my life at a very critical time for me in Winnipeg. Jude, I am so sorry to learn of Roland's death.  In my three years at Gemini Ink, he was a shinning presence.  I so enjoyed my work with him (and with you at Luminaria).  He will be missed by so many people and we have lost a wonderful human at a time when the world so needs people like him.  Please accept my sympathy during this hard time.

We will cherish the times we spent with Roland and will miss the occasional phone calls that always lifted our spirits.  He was one of a kind and we will miss him.  Brooks and I send our love to his family.

Roland was such a brilliant, unique and caring individual--I will never forget the kindness that he and his family extended to me, which was way beyond what we see in today's world.  My sincere condolences to all who will surely miss him.
