Ronald John Stark, Jr.

Ron was born in San Antonio July 21, 1963. He attended Clark High School where he graduated in 1981. He attended the University of Texas-San Antonio for two years until he embarked to Houston to begin his career as an IT engineer. He returned to San Antonio in 2000 to continue his career as an IT Consultant. His expertise, integrity, passion and vast knowledge was especially valuable in that role at Combs Consulting Group where Ron was a Senior Consultant.

Ron expanded his passion to include boating on his loved Lake McQueeney, playing poker and golf with his friends, rooting for his Green Bay Packers, of which he was a shareholder, and dazzling his friends and family with his skills both cooking and grilling. Ron's aura was one of love, humility, friendship and enthusiasm for everything life had to offer.

Ron is survived by his parents, Ron Sr. and Alta of Seguin; his beloved children, son Trevor and daughter Sheridan; his sister Dedra Stark and Bill Turner of Canyon Lake; sister Melanie and husband Brian Horeftis of Burleson; nephews Taylor Johnson of Seguin, Kendrick and Kirk Horeftis of Burleson and niece Sarah Manning of Burleson, uncle Jerry and Debbie Hall of San Antonio, cousins, Mark and Stephanie Hall of San Antonio, many relatives and more friends than he could count.

A special thanks from the Stark family to Ron's dear friend Cindi Adcock, who helped navigate the family through this difficult time, along with the Franklin family and John Neyland for their love, support and encouragement.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, July 6, 2012, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.
