Rosa Maria Flores

Rosa Maria Trevino Flores, passed away peacefully on September 17, 2024, at the age of 73. Born on August 12, 1951, in Laredo, Texas, she departed from this world in San Antonio, Texas, after a courageous 30 year battle with cancer.

Rosa's life was marked by her kindness and her generous heart. She poured her love into her family, raising her two beloved sons, Pedro Flores III and Pablo Flores. The joy of her life multiplied with the arrival of each of her grandchildren: Kassandra Marie, Josh, Jason, Clarisse, and Joey Flores. Rosa cherished every moment spent with them, especially her times with her granddaughter Kassy, who held a special place in her heart.

A woman of many passions, Rosa enjoyed music, gardening, sewing, and lively outings with her sisters and her friends from the senior center. Those who knew Rosa will remember her as the embodiment resilience. Her spirit was truly unbreakable, and she approached every challenge in life with fierce determination. Rosa's generosity knew no bounds; she gave freely, making sure that no one in her presence ever felt alone or unimportant. Her kindness was her trademark, and it resonated in every act of service and every word of encouragement she offered.
