Rosa Martinez Garcia, entered into the loving arms of our Lord on Friday, July 15, 2022, at the age of 78. Rosa was born on August 30, 1943, in San Antonio, Texas to Dominga Romero and Fortunato Martinez.
Rosa was a native San Antonian, proud of her roots in the westside of town. She loved Christmas and would decorate her entire home during the holiday. Christmas was always started with a big breakfast that Rosa would cook for the entire family. Rosa loved to bake, specially snowball cookies and lemon meringue pie.
Rosa will be reunited in heaven with her parents, Dominga and Fortunato Martinez; sister, Esther and brother, Alfred.
Rosa's memory will always live on with her children, Norma, Robert, and Sylvia; siblings, Tony, Virginia, Joe, and Abel; grandchildren, Danielle, Gia, Robert, Roman, Randy, Rochelle, Jaime, Jesse, and Ruben, and 16 great-grandchildren.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to all the pallbearers that will be assisting with the services; Frank Aguirre, Jaime Albarran Jr., Jesse Alba, Ruben Albarran, Robert Garcia, and Roman Garcia.
