Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, Rosa Ramirez Solis, passed away peacefully on February 18, 2026, at the age of 67. Rosa was born on December 21, 1958, in Nueva Rosita, Coahuila, to her loving parents, Rodolfo Solis Castaneda and Rosa Maria Solis. From a young age, she carried within her a warmth and strength that would later become the heart of her own beautiful family.
She was a devoted and loving wife to her husband, Sergio Ramirez, and a proud and caring mother to Sergio Ramirez Jr., Juan Ramirez, Alex Ramirez, and Adrian Ramirez. Rosa’s greatest joy in life was her family. She was happiest when surrounded by her children and grandchildren, filling the room with laughter, stories, and music.
She found so much joy in sharing stories, often gathering everyone around to relive treasured memories and moments that brought laughter to the room. She loved dancing, whether in the kitchen while dinner was cooking or at family celebrations where her smile lit up the dance floor. Playing lotería was one of her favorite pastimes, especially when it brought friendly competition and playful teasing among those she loved. Music was always playing in her home songs that carried memories, emotions, and traditions and she never missed a chance to sing karaoke with her family, filling the house with her voice and contagious joy. Her home was more than just a house; it was a place of comfort, warmth, and unconditional love, where everyone felt welcome, safe, and deeply cherished.
She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Rodolfo Solis Castaneda and Rosa Maria Solis; her sister, Patricia Ledezma; her brothers, Rodolfo Solis, Juan Solis, and David Solis; and her son, Carlos Augusto Solis Flores. While our hearts ache with these losses, we take comfort in knowing they are reunited.
Rosa’s memory will forever live on through her devoted husband, Sergio Ramirez; her beloved sons, Sergio Ramirez Jr. (Adrianna), Juan Ramirez (Otilia), Alex Ramirez, and Adrian Ramirez; her cherished grandchildren; her siblings; and her many nieces and nephews.
Though she is no longer with us, her love remains woven into the fabric of our lives. She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and always remembered.
