Rosario was known for her deep Christian faith, kind heart, and welcoming spirit. As a devoted military wife, mother, and community leader, she faithfully served others through her involvement with Protestant Women of the Chapel, the American Red Cross, and the military community. She was a source of encouragement and friendship to many and will be remembered for her compassion, generosity, and unwavering faith.
Rosario is survived by her husband of 28 years, David Seelen; her daughters, Elizabeth, Hannah, Sydney, and Kiana; her parents, Ramon and Maria; and her siblings, Isaac and Devora.
Though she will be deeply missed, her legacy and the many lives she touched will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
