Rose "Pinky" Loredo

Mrs. Rose “Pinky” Loredo, of San Antonio, Texas went to be with her Lord on November 27, 2013, at the age of 91. She was born in Saltillo, Mexico to Horacio T. and Juanita (Morales) Lobo. Mrs. Loredo was a member of the 1942 graduate class of Sidney Lanier High School in San Antonio, Texas. On April 17, 1943, she married Cleto R. Loredo in San Antonio. Mrs. Loredo was a homemaker and of the Catholic faith. She is survived by her sons, Ernest Loredo and Hector Loredo and wife, Mary; siblings, Carlos Lobo, Horace Lobo, Carmen Perkins, Arthur Lobo and wife, Eva, Mary Jane McGrath and husband, Leo; grandchildren, Xavier Antonio Loredo and wife, Ann Marie, Claudia Anita Sandoval and husband, Enrique Coy, Elida Ana Gonzalez and husband, Daniel Gregrio; great grandchildren, Desiree Michele Lilley and husband, Steven, Brandon Michael Loredo, and Cristian Adrian Gonzalez; and great-great granddaughter, Savannah Lynn Lilley; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Loredo was preceded in death by her husband, Cleto; parents, Horacio and Juanita Lobo; and sister, Anita Lobo. A visitation will be held from 5:00-9:00 p.m., Thursday, December 5, 2013, at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd., with a rosary service beginning at 7:00 p.m. A Mass of Resurrection will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, December 6, 2013, at San Juan de los Lagos Shrine, 3231 El Paso St. Interment will follow at San Fernando Cemetery #2.
